Physical Products

I accept returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis but do not accept cancellations. If you need to make changes to your order, contact me right away and I will see what I can do. Please ensure that the product you are ordering meets your standards. If you have any questions about a product, don't hesitate to contact me.

I pride myself on producing error-free pieces that are carefully crafted and inspected for errors but I understand that things happen such as flaws in the design or make of a product. In the event that your order arrives damaged or becomes damaged due to carrier mishandling or faulty packaging. please contact me within 2 weeks of your order being received. hethr made is not responsible for the mishandling of your shipment on the carrier's part but I will do everything I can to make the experience positive for you. If an item is lost in transit, please follow the same procedure of reaching out to me within two weeks. I highly recommend choosing the shipping option that includes insurance because things happen.

Digital Files

A refund cannot be issued once files are downloaded unless there have been certain criteria met such as a duplicate order or a damaged file. If the file has been damaged, for example, a new download link will be issued. Your satisfaction with the end product is super important to me and I will do my very best to maintain it. hethr made is under no obligation to issue a refund. By purchasing any of my products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
