Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. It usually takes anywhere from 1-3 business days for smaller orders and 3-7 business days for larger orders. To get an accurate count as to when your order will be ready, start counting from the next business day - not the day the order was placed. You can expect orders placed during the holidays to be shipped towards the end of those timeframes.

Local delivery is also available depending on your shipping address. Standard free shipping is an option for orders $75 or more (U.S. only).
If you purchase a shipping option that does not come with insurance, please be aware that it is your responsibility as the buyer to work with the carrier for any lost items or packages missing in transit.
Estimated shipping times (North America)
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them in the event that there are holiday season shipping delays or my shipments weren't received on time with items needed to make your order.
I will always make an effort to reach out to you promptly if a problem should arise with your order but do note that problems like these rarely arise. However, it is common for shipments to be delayed in the case of a busy holiday season or such as a worldwide pandemic - as we have all come to learn. All of my sales have been shipped out within the right timeframe in the past and I will continue to do everything necessary to get your shipments out on time.
